Would you be interested in learning about a simple and free way to get some extra money from your book? What if I told you not only does it not cost anything, but it takes almost no effort? Interested?

Languages

You can get your book translated on Babelcube into a number of different languages, including:

  • Afrikaans
  • Dutch
  • English
  • French
  • German
  • Italian
  • Japanese
  • Norwegian
  • Portuguese
  • Spanish

Process

The process is very simple.

  1. Create an account on Babelcube.
  2. Load up your books
  3. Find translators on the site and suggest they translate your book
  4. After a while, some of them will accept, and others will find you
  5. They will send you an offer
  6. You accept it.
  7. They do the first ten pages
  8. You accept or reject these
  9. If you accept, they translate the rest of the book
  10. You accept the translation, upload your cover with the translated title and so forth
  11. And you are done

I’ve already had a dozen books translated (or in the¬†process of translation) into several languages.

Note that the translator will get most of the royalty until the book sells a few thousand copies. That’s only fair, since they did all the work of translation. After that, the ratio changes and you get most of the royalty.

I highly recommend you consider this free service to translate your books. It’s a quick and easy way to leverage your hard work into more money.

This is very useful information. Thanks for taking the time to write this up. Excellent suggestion on getting translation services done. It’s basically free money with little investment to be able to sell to a wider market.
